Natalie and Jon’s wedding at The Old School House, Weeford
Tuesday, May 8th, 2012Natalie and Jon’s wedding was amazing! From the fact that it kept dry all day to how beautiful Natalie looked, the day was perfect! I got very excited when I saw the Vintage Daimler arriving and actually jumped up and down! (note to self – must be more professional and not jump up and down!!). Have a wonderful honeymoon Nat and Jon you deserve it!!! Dxxx.
The wedding of Jennie and Tom at Packington Moor
Thursday, April 19th, 2012Big smiles were the order of the day for Tom and Jennie’s wedding at Packington Moor! Even Millie their dog looked as if she were grinning from ear to ear! When it comes to describing Tom’s smile when he saw how breathtaking Jennie looked as she walked down the aisle though – well words fail me. She looked amazing! Following the ceremony, family and friends gathered in the lovely gardens of Packington Moor Farm for photographs and though it was becoming a little fresh at this time of the day no-one really minded. Packington Moor Staff were lovely and couldnt do enough to ensure that the day went smoothly. The only hitch if it can be called that, was when someone (who shall remain nameless) stepped on the Brides dress as she walked down the aisle! Everything was just perfect, a truly lovely day for the happy couple to remember forever. Priory Photography & Design were delighted and honoured to be asked to photograph this very special day for Jennie and Tom and wish them all the happiness in the world as they set out together as Husband and Wife! Debby and Wayne
Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012After the December of 2010, nobody knew just what to expect from New Year’s Eve 2011! For Debby and Wayne it was their Wedding Day and nothing was going to spoil it! It was a little cold but nothing compared to the previous year, so even though the bride came fully prepared with comfy white snow boots and white fur cape to match her stunning white wedding dress – it wasn’t too bad. Wayne was full of anticipation rather than nerves and even though his Best Men and Ushers kept him both amused and distracted, it was well worth it when Debby (after forgetting her bouquet) arrived. Wayne’s proud, beaming face said it all!! From the wedding ceremony at the Church, and on to the reception at Chesford Grange, Kenilworth! The Happy Couple had arranged a surprise for their guests by way of their arrival at the reception – real reindeer pulling a sleigh! Entrances just don’t come much better than that!
With the theme of winter in mind Debby had worked hard on the decor and details of the Reception room so that it looked breathtaking. The theme of white, ice blue and silver was reflected in the lighting, table centre pieces and lots of details such as the bauble place settings and white dove decorations. Wow!! If the fact that it was Debby and Wayne’s wedding wasn’t enough to encourage guests to enjoy themselves the “Buckaroo Reindeer” and “Photobooth” certainly were! When the clock struck midnight, party streamers, confetti and shout’s of “Happy New Year!” marked the beginning of this lovely couple’s first year as Husband and Wife. Priory Photography and Design were both delighted and honored to have been asked to capture Debby and Wayne’s wedding day for them and wish them both a long and very happy life together as Mr and Mrs Croft!

Amy and Spencers Wedding at the Castle Hotel, Tamworth
Monday, October 3rd, 2011When Amy and Spencer came to visit us earlier in the year we fully expected their wedding to take place on a brisk, fresh Autumnal day and not during a heatwave in October! Sunday 2nd October 2011 may well be the day that many remember as being hotter than most of our Summer days but for Spencer and Amy it was the day that they were married at the Castle Hotel, Tamworth. Everything about the day was beautiful from our lovely Bride Amy to the smile on Spencer’s face when he saw her as you can see captured in our photograph below. I could write reams about what a wonderful day it was but that photograph says it all and so much more! We would like to wish Spencer and Amy only the very best that life has to offer them as they deserve only the very best!

Lindsay and Lee
Sunday, August 28th, 2011Simply lovely! It summed up the wedding day of Lindsay and Lee perfectly! There are always some nerves at weddings but by the time Lindsay arrived with her Bridesmaids at St Wilfrid’s Church, Bromford, it was perhaps more excitement and anticipation! Father George soon put everyone at ease though and with the support of Father of the Bride Colin, there was soon a smile on everyone’s face. This set the tone for the celebrations as the Happy Couple and their Wedding Party made their way to Marston Farm Hotel for their Wedding Breakfast and Reception. Our Bride Lindsay had gone to a great deal of trouble to ensure that the room was full of special details such as the photograph napkin ring holders and it was not in vain for the photographs made everyone smile and gasp in astonishment!! “where was that taken? how did she get hold of that photograph?” were questions that could be heard all round the room! August 27th was not only Lindsay and Lee’s special day though it was a special day also for their daughter Lillie who was celebrating her birthday that very day! As family and friends sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to her you couldn’t help but smile at the little girl’s face as she beamed from ear to ear! We were delighted to be asked to capture the memories of Lindsay and Lee on their wedding day and wish this lovely couple all the happiness in the world as they set out in life together as Husband and Wife!! Tara and Paul
Sunday, August 14th, 2011How can I sum up in one word the wedding of Paul and Tara? I will use the word that was said to us at the end of the night – “awesome”! Actually one word doesnt do it justice as the day encompassed a wide range of emotions. When Paul arrived at St George’s church, Tamworth he was fashionably late but judging by the screech of tyres you would have thought it was much later! Paul was both nervous and excited at the same time whilst his Best Man Matt was just plain nervous! Arriving in a classic white Berkeley, Tara was a lovely vision in white and well worth waiting for. Their little daughter Chloe was not impressed however and fell asleep during the service. Following the ceremony, the guests were delighted to see the Bride and Groom decked in fluorescent coloured sunglasses dance their way out of the church! They were followed by the Bridal Party all wearing sunglasses and showing off their moves! You had to be there! The happy couple held their wedding breakfast and evening reception at the Castle Hotel with family and friends. Priory Photography & Design were honoured to be asked to be their Wedding Photographers and wish this lovely couple all the love and luck in the world as they embark on married life together!

Kaye and Gareth
Wednesday, August 3rd, 2011Tamworth Castle was the wonderful setting for the wedding of Kaye and Gareth as surrounded by their family and friends they tied the knot! Arriving in a classic Bentley, Kaye looked stunning in her beautiful wedding gown as she walked down the aisle to meet Gareth. A delicious wedding breakfast at the Castle Hotel followed as guests sat at tables named after Gareths second passion in life – Rugby! During the reception on the evening I wondered where everyone was going to fit in as there were so many people wanting to wish Kaye and Gareth congratulations! Priory Photography & Design were delighted to be asked to photograph this lovely couple’s wedding and wish them a long and happy life together as Mr and Mrs Findon!

Wednesday, July 27th, 2011Though we specialise in relaxed, informal photography, this can only be achieved if you know your clients well and the venues where they are getting married. An example of this came recently when we travelled to Lincoln to meet with Dan and Tania to finalise their wedding details. After spending a great Sunday afternoon with them, we went to their wedding venue – Lincoln Cathedral. Every wedding is special and requires planning and careful thought but some require more than others! We are really excited about their forthcoming wedding and as can be seen from these shots – so are they!

The Wedding of Lindsay & Roger
Thursday, July 29th, 2010The lovely village of Sibbertoft in Leicestershire was the setting for the wedding of Lindsay and Roger. After marrying at the beautiful Parish Church of St.Helens, the happy couple were driven in a true vintage La France car back to their home where the reception was held in a marquee in the back garden. The couple were joined not just by their respective families but by friends and neighbours from the village that were aptly referred to for the rest of the day as “the Village People”! Following the musical theme, the guests were treated to the vocal talents of the lovely Singer Vicky Goddard; who was accompanied by her manager Danny Foster of Danny Foster and the Big Soul Corporation (and formerly of Hear’Say fame). A truly magical wedding day that Priory Photography & Design are proud to have been able to capture for the happy Couple. We would like to wish Lindsay and Roger all the happiness in the world as they begin married life together! Photographs to follow shortly in our client area section of the website.
